All orders are dispatched within 2 working days and shipped using DHL express with tracking available. Please allow an extra business day of processing for personal engravings. General delivery time is 3-5 days for all destinations. You will receive a shipping confirmation along with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
We are pretty strict with our quality control, but in some rare cases we may send a wrong order by mistake, or a faulty item. In other cases, you may not be satisfied by your item and wish to return an item. We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
